Arrived late on a Monday evening. The electronic check-in process was seamless, allowing me to get my room key quickly. The breakfast was extensive and delicious, enhancing my overall stay. However, I was disappointed that my room lacked a kettle or coffee-making facilities, which would have made it more comfortable. During my second night, I wanted to have dinner, but the kitchen was closed due to a function, leaving me without dining options nearby. Additionally, parking was a challenge, with limited spaces available. Still, I appreciated the overall cleanliness and staff's welcoming attitude and will consider revisiting.

No elevators!!! It’s quite a hassle hauling luggage up the stairs. Also, the parking situation is troubling!!! Full lots and unsecured overnight options can really dampen one's experience.

We were delighted by the friendly atmosphere. the spacious business double room provided a perfect retreat and the lovely breakfast enhanced our experience.
Yet, the weekend dining options were limited. parking felt insecure and crowded, dampening the convenience of our stay.

hardtwald was a fantastic choice for a relaxing weekend. the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood right at the edge of town, surrounded by nature. our business double room was spacious and had a lovely balcony. the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. we especially loved meeting their adorable dog, suzy!
